If you are local and would like to drop off in person, please Contact us by email, call/text or social media to set up and appointment.
If you are shipping your project, please pack it securely and include a printed and filled out Order Form along with identification materials as outline in shipping instructions.
Once your project is received it will be logged in and secure its place in line. If your project was shipped, when your project is next in line you will be contacted to confirm the details of your order.
When your project is completed, you will be contacted to finalize payment. We prefer card payments over the phone for shipped projects. Local pickups can use cash or card.
Lead times are subject to change and can vary on account of a variety of factors, though for most projects our typical turnaround timeline is 3-5 weeks from the time your project is received. Theme projects and more intricate designs may take longer to complete.
Shipping Firearms:
AT GunWorks LLC has an 07 Manufacturing Federal Firearms License (FFL) meaning we are able to accept firearms and NFA items from anywhere in the United States for Cerakote refinishing purposes.
No FFL is needed on your end as long as you are the legal owner of the firearm or if there are only non-firearm items in the package as described by the ATF. It is required by law that handguns must be shipped by priority air with a contract carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Long guns can be shipped ground.
Please note, it is your responsibility to comply with all federal and state laws and regulations as well as shipping company policies. We are required to ship your completed project back to either the address listed on you ID (this should be the same address you list on the “from” or “return to” section of your shipping label) or an FFL holder of your choosing.
Firearm Shipping Instructions:
Make sure you fill out an Order Form, print it and include it with your project.
Include a copy of your photo ID or FFL in the package you are sending. If a package shows up without an order form and copy of photo ID and/or FFL information, the package will be immediately returned to sender.

Return Shipping - We are required to ship the completed project back to either the address listed on your photo ID or an FFL holder
Shipping costs - You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping Insurance - Any shipping insurance must be requested and paid for by the customer.
Shipping Carrier - While a specific mail carrier is not required, we recommend the United Postal Service (UPS)
Payment - Upon completion of the project we will call you to take credit/debit card information over the phone.
